Au sein du bureau parisien, le/la Chargé(e) de Production CEE est responsable du chiffrage des opérations d’efficacité énergétique et de l’instruction des dossiers CEE des clients d’ACT dans les secteurs de l’Industrie, du Bâtiment, du Tertiaire, de l’Agriculture, de la Santé et du secteur public. Le/la Chargé(e) de Production CEE assure également le suivi des dossiers en relation avec les clients et les partenaires tout au long du processus.

Essentiellement, votre rôle consiste à :

Étude et Éligibilité des Projets CEE

  • Évaluer l'éligibilité des projets CEE selon les critères définis.
  • Estimer les gisements CEE pour différents projets.
  • Calculer les primes associées aux projets CEE pour les clients.

Montage et Suivi des Dossiers CEE

  • Assurer le montage administratif des dossiers CEE.
  • Suivre les dossiers du portefeuille clients tout au long de leur cycle de vie.
  • Préparer et soumettre les dossiers aux organismes compétents pour validation.

Gestion de la Relation Client

  • Être l'interlocuteur/trice dédié(e) des clients durant le processus de montage du dossier CEE jusqu'au dépôt.
  • Conseiller les clients sur les meilleures pratiques et les accompagner dans la constitution de leurs dossiers.
  • Développer une relation de confiance avec les clients et répondre à leurs besoins et préoccupations.

Collaboration et Coordination avec les Partenaires

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les partenaires et les installateurs de matériel éligible aux CEE.
  • Développer des partenariats nationaux pour optimiser le processus de montage des dossiers.
  • Coordonner les interactions entre les différents acteurs du processus CEE.

Votre expertise : 

Pour réussir dans cette fonction, nous recherchons des candidats possédant les qualifications et les qualités suivantes : 

  • Diplôme universitaire dans un domaine pertinent (énergie, environnement, ingénierie) ou expérience professionnelle équivalente.

  • Expérience avérée dans la gestion de dossiers CEE ou dans un domaine connexe.

  • Connaissance approfondie des réglementations et des normes relatives aux CEE.

  • Solides compétences en gestion de projet et en gestion de la relation client.

  • Excellentes capacités d'organisation et de gestion du temps.

  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.

  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en résolution de problèmes.

We only collect the personal data that you have self-determinedly made available to the public. We do not collect any other personal data.
