Votre rôle chez nous :

Au sein du bureau Parisien, l'Assistant Commercial est en charge de participer activement à la stratégie de développement commercial de l'entreprise en aidant les commerciaux à atteindre leurs objectifs de vente. L'Assistant Commercial travaillera en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe commerciale industrielle et aura pour mission de créer des contenus marketing pertinents pour soutenir les ventes, de rentrer les contrats dans le CRM et de contacter les clients pour assurer le suivi de la relation clientèle.

Les tâches seront autant multiples qu'évolutives, et les avantages liés au poste nombreux (missions à responsabilité, implication dans la stratégie d'ACT France, déplacements professionnels avec les commerciaux, séminaire d'entreprise, événement au sein du groupe ACT, objectifs sur résultat avec récompense à la clé et bien plus !

Plus qu'un stagiaire, nous sommes à la recherche de notre futur collègue en vue d'un prolongement en CDI à la fin de stage. Essentiellement, votre rôle consiste à :

  • Création de contenu marketing à l'intention des sales
  • Rencontre de prospects et contact client
  • Réponse aux appels d'offre
  • Etablissement de l'offre commerciale
  • Veille réglementaire ; suivi contractuel
  • Saisie et suivi des dossiers sur le CRM
  • Ciblage des prospects potentiels
  • Veille concurrentielle
  • Préparation des supports de vente

 

Votre expertise : 

Pour réussir dans cette fonction, nous recherchons des candidats possédant les qualifications et les qualités suivantes : 

  • Etudiant(e) en 5ème année d'école de commerce ou équivalent
  • Une première expérience dans le domaine commercial ou une connaissance du marché de l'énergie est un plus ;
  • Forte capacité d'analyse et de synthèse, en particulier pour des projets complexes ;
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et être force de proposition
  • Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais ;
  • Esprit entrepreneurial, vous êtes pro-actifs et souhaitez que votre travail ait un impact direct.

For visitors who apply for a job or the Talent Pool on our website, we additionally store the personal information they provide in the application form. The data is shared only with the company that posted the job posting to which the user applied. In addition, the user through whose personal referral link the applicant applied is continuously informed about the current status of the application process.

Network
We process your personal data, particularly in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and all other applicable laws. We process and collect your personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO. The purpose pursued is the collection of personal data from public sources for the improved provision of the user network and communication in the form of our own service.

We have collected your personal data from public sources, not directly from you. These are, in particular, the provider of the social business platforms LinkedIn. We only collect the personal data that you have self-determinedly made available to the public. We do not collect any other personal data.

E-Mail communication
If you are in an e-mail exchange with us, data such as your name, e-mail address, company, and e-mail content are stored and processed in our e-mail software. At the end of each year, we check whether further storage is necessary or whether there are retention obligations for the e-mails. Depending on this, e-mails are further stored or deleted.
