L'Agent de Contrôle CEE est chargé de vérifier la conformité des dossiers de Certificats d'Économies d'Énergie (CEE) réceptionnés, d'analyser les documents transmis et de s'assurer que les critères techniques d'éligibilité sont respectés. Ce poste joue un rôle clé dans la qualité et la régularité des dossiers soumis. 

Essentiellement, votre rôle consiste à : 

Contrôle de Conformité : 

  • Contrôler la conformité des dossiers CEE réceptionnés. 
  • Analyser et statuer sur la conformité des documents transmis. 
  • Réaliser des contrôles qualité de dossiers CEE et remonter toutes les non-conformités à la responsable réglementaire. 

Analyse des Critères Techniques : 

  • Analyser les critères techniques d’éligibilité des dossiers CEE. 

Développement des Outils : 

  • Aider la responsable du pôle à développer les outils internes/externes utilisés par l’ensemble des collaborateurs. 

Accompagnement et Support : 

  • Accompagner l’équipe production pour la mise en conformité de leurs dossiers. 
  • Être garant de la conformité des dossiers CEE avant dépôt. 

 

Votre expertise : 

Pour réussir dans cette fonction, nous recherchons des candidats possédant les qualifications et les qualités suivantes :  

  • Diplôme universitaire dans un domaine pertinent (énergie, environnement, ingénierie) ou expérience professionnelle équivalente ; 
  • Expérience avérée dans la gestion ou le contrôle de dossiers CEE ou dans un domaine similaire de 3 ans minimum ;  
  • Connaissance approfondie des réglementations et des critères d’éligibilité des CEE sur le secteur B2B ; 
  • Compétences en analyse de documents et en vérification de conformité ; 
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et des logiciels de gestion de dossiers ;  
  • Rigueur et attention aux détails ;  
  • Capacité à analyser des données techniques et à évaluer leur conformité ;  
  • Bonne communication et capacité à travailler en équipe ;  
  • Sens de l'organisation et gestion du temps ;  
  • Proactivité et capacité à prendre des initiatives ;  
  • Aptitude à résoudre les problèmes et à proposer des solutions ;  
  • Fiabilité et sens des responsabilités.

Application / Talent Pool
For visitors who apply for a job or the Talent Pool on our website, we additionally store the personal information they provide in the application form. The data is shared only with the company that posted the job posting to which the user applied. In addition, the user through whose personal referral link the applicant applied is continuously informed about the current status of the application process.

Network
We process your personal data, particularly in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and all other applicable laws. We process and collect your personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO. The purpose pursued is the collection of personal data from public sources for the improved provision of the user network and communication in the form of our own service.

We have collected your personal data from public sources, not directly from you. These are, in particular, the provider of the social business platforms LinkedIn. We only collect the personal data that you have self-determinedly made available to the public. We do not collect any other personal data.

E-Mail communication
If you are in an e-mail exchange with us, data such as your name, e-mail address, company, and e-mail content are stored and processed in our e-mail software. At the end of each year, we check whether further storage is necessary or whether there are retention obligations for the e-mails. Depending on this, e-mails are further stored or deleted. No automated decision-making
There is no automated decision-making or profiling.

Duration of data storage
